Gearing up for the busy season!

I just had a cancellation for an outdoor session on Oct. 25th at 4:30. This is the last weekend spot I have left. Email me if you want it!

I've been trying to do a better job of updating my blog, but it's been so hard with how busy life has been lately! I just returned from a 3 day photography conference (thanks to my hubby for being a single parent!) and it was absolutely incredible! I met so many wonderful photographers from all over the state of Nebraska. I came away with so many awesome ideas, and I can't wait to implement them. Now if there was only a way to increase my time, that would be perfect! My kids acted liked they missed me when I got home last night, but later when I made them go to bed, I suddenly became a mean mom again. Oh well....

Normally my proofing lead times are around 3 days, but with the busy October schedule, it will take up to 5 days before I can have your proofs to you. Ordering lead times are still the same from the lab. Thanks to all of you for your patience, as you know I am a one person operation!

Fall sessions added (and holiday update)

Due to high demand, I have decided to offer a few more dates for the outdoor fall sessions (my husband will probably kill me for this- Ha!). I am offering a few sessions during the week of Oct. 19th. If you are interested, email or call me with the date you are interested in. I am booking sessions at 4:30 and 5:30 pm.

I'll be posting info soon regarding holiday sessions. All of the stores will be coming out with their holiday lines by the end of this month, so it's not too late to start checking around for those cute outfits!

Makenna

I was lucky enough to get to photograph new client Makenna for her 2 year pictures. She loves monkeys and Curious George, and brought all her favorite monkeys to be photographed with her. We had a lot of fun with this session. She had a great time swinging Curious George around on the vine. Thanks to Makenna's mom for bringing her in for pictures! I hope to see you both again soon!

Cole Turns 2

I have to start by saying that I absolutely love Cole's haircut! He is such a cutie! It's been so much fun watching him change. Cole was one of my very first sessions when he was a newborn 2 years ago, and I'm so glad his mom keeps bringing him back to me for pictures! He didn't like the idea of sitting on the crate for this session, but we had to do it indoors since the weather outside wasn't cooperating... and of course today is gorgeous! We finally convinced him that if he got on the crate, he would see Nemo swimming in the pond. Poor guy! Sorry for that little white lie Cole, but hey, we got some good shots!

Fall outdoor sessions almost gone....
